It’s hard to believe it’s already March 31st. I mean, for real though! I’m currently in my backyard, soaking in the sun, while watching Netflix wondering where all the time has gone. But then again, I feel like I say that every time I make one of these posts. So, here we go:
1. Chips and Hummus
More specifically, homemade chips and roasted red bell pepper hummus from Whole Food’s. I took a whole wheat tortilla, cut it into eight triangles, and put them in my toaster oven on the “toast” setting. Then, I flipped them over, toasted them again, and let them sit in there for awhile so they get crispy and golden brown. It’s the perfect snack for crunching on after a long day at school/work!
